Shane's services were top notch! I called him and told him I needed high speed internet access in multiple rooms of a house that was wired with older technology coaxial cable. He came and did an in-person walk-thru to thoroughly assess my situation and offered me some options. We agreed upon one and scheduled a service date. Prior to his visit, however, I called and suggested another option to him which he agreed was viable. He came as scheduled, went over his plan with me then got right to work, kept me in the loop throughout the process, and finished up by demonstrating live internet access in each of the requested rooms at speeds I was looking for. I was very pleased with the outcome! His installation of Ethernet wall plugs, by the way, was super clean and professional. To sum up, Shane has the experience and the know-how to give you terrific value for your money. I highly recommend him!
